恩替卡韦治疗乙肝肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病临床效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨恩替卡韦治疗乙肝肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病的效果分析。 方法 收集我院2013年1月～2015年6月101例乙肝肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病住院患者，根据患者意愿以及我院应用恩替卡韦治疗时间分组。对照组48例，采用常规内科治疗方案；实验组53例，在内科常规治疗的基础上添加恩替卡韦抗病毒治疗。观察两组HBV-DNA、肝功能指标和糖化血红蛋白以及血糖指标。统计学分析采用重复测量方差分析和卡方检验。 结果 两组病毒学应答率差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 恩替卡韦治疗乙肝肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病在促进HBV-DNA转阴和改善肝功能上具有显著疗效，值得在临床广泛推广。 　　[关键词] 恩替卡韦；乙肝肝硬化；肝源性糖尿病；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R587 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）04（c）-0107-03 　　Clinical effect analysis of entecavir treating hepatitis B associated liver cirrhosis combining with hepatic diabetes 　　YAN Hong1 NING Fu-jun2 　　1.Business Department，Central Blood Station of Red Cross，Qiqihar 161006，China；2.Qiqihar Seventh Hospital， Qiqihar 161006，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect analysis of entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis B associated liver cirrhosis combining with hepatic diabetes. Methods From January 2013 to June 2015，101 patients with hepatitis B associated liver cirrhosis combining with hepatic diabetes in our hospital were selected.According to patient′s will and treatment time of applying entecavir in our hospital，they were divided into different groups.In control group （n=48），conventional internal medicine therapeutic regimen was used，while in experimental group （n=53），on the basis of conventional internal medicine therapeutic regimen，entecavir for anti-virus was added.The indexes of HBV-DNA，liver function，glycosylated hemoglobin and blood sugar level were observed.The variance analysis of repeated measures and chi-square test were used in statistical analysis. Results There was a statistical difference in the rate of virologic response （P0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of hepatitis B associated liver cirrhosis combining with hepatic diabetes，entecavir can obtain a remarkable effect on enhancing HBV-DNA negative conversion and improving liver function，which is worthy of extensive promotion in clinic. 　　[Key words] Entecavir；Hepatitis B associated liver cirrhosis；Hepatic diabetes；Clinical efficacy
