彩色多普勒超声在早发性乳腺癌中临床诊断及价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在早发性乳腺癌患者中的临床诊断效果及价值。 方法 随机选取2008年1月―2013年12月该医院诊治的200例早发性乳腺癌患者资料进行分析，入选患者均经过手术病理组织得到确诊，根据年龄将患者分为对照组（35岁）和实验组（≤35岁），两组患者均采用彩色多普勒超声检查，比较不同年龄段彩色多普勒超声临床诊断及价值。 结果 乳腺的200例乳腺癌患者中均以团块型为主，实验组团块型占65%，对照组团块型占80%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；实验组癌灶前后径、纵横之比，显著低于对照组（P0.05）；实验组横径，显著高于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 早发性乳腺癌患者采用彩色多普勒超声诊断效果理想，能为患者后续治疗提供影像学参考。 　　[关键词] 彩色多普勒超声；早发性乳腺癌；诊断效果；价值 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（b）-0175-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical diagnostic effect and value of color Doppler ultrasound in patients with early onset breast cancer. Methods The data of 200 cases of patients with early onset breast cancer treated in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2013 were analyzed， all the selected patients were confirmed by surgical pathological tissues， and divided into the control group （35 years old ） and the experimental group（≤35 years old）， both groups were given color Doppler ultrasound examination， the clinical diagnosis and value of color Doppler ultrasound at different age groups were compared. Results 200 cases of patients with breast cancer were mainly mass type， the mass type accounted for 65% in the experimental group and 80% in the control group， the difference between the two groups by comparison was not obvious （P0.05），the anteroposterior diameter ， longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter ratios of neoplastci foci in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group（P0.05）， the transverse diameter in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group （P0.05）.
