心理干预在乳腺癌和糖尿病护理中应用分析 　　[摘要] 目的 对乳腺癌和糖尿病患者护理中施加诸方面心理干预所产生的应用效果加以探讨。 方法 将该院于2014年9月―2015年9月收治的乳腺癌和糖尿病患者共计66例以随机形式划分为观察组和对照组各33例，对前者仍给予常规护理方式，后者则在常规护理的基础上增加一系列的心理干预，一段时间后对二者的生存质量加以相应的观察、对比之类研究。结果 相比于对照组而言，观察组的病患在生存质量层面上改善颇为明显；尤其是心理障碍获得了很明显的降低，同时可见两组之间的差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 在乳腺癌和糖尿病护理活动中，增加“心理干预”这一活动，往往可以很大程度提升乳腺癌和糖尿病患者在治疗活动中的信心，以此来使其有效地对乳腺癌和糖尿病这一疾病加深相应了解，并由此来有效地以尽可能良好的心态去面对这一疾病，并有针对性地对自身行为加以改变，从而对生存质量加以提升。 　　[关键词] 心理干预；乳腺癌；糖尿病；护理 　　[中图分类号] R473.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）03（a）-0185-02 　　Analysis and Application of Psychological Intervention in Breast Cancer and Diabetes Care 　　LIU Jing-yan，ZHANG Zhuo，DING Xiu-rong，ZHENG Wei 　　Tumor Hospital of Jilin Province，Changchun，Jilin Province，130012 China 　　[Abstract] Objective The purpose application effect applied aspects of psychological intervention on breast cancer and diabetes patient care arising to be explored.
