心理护理干预对中年癌症放疗患者负性情绪影响 　　【摘要】 目的：研究心理护理干预对中年癌症放疗患者负性情绪的影响。方法：选取2015年9月-2016年6月肿瘤科收治的60例45～59岁恶性肿瘤放疗患者，随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组进行常规放疗护理加心理护理干预，对照组进行常规放疗护理，观察两组患者入院时、出院时SAS和SDS评分及满意度问卷调查。结果：入院时两组患者SAS和SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；出院时研究组患者SAS和SDS评分显著降低，满意度上升，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对中年恶性肿瘤放疗患者实施心理护理干预，能显著减轻患者的负性情绪，提高满意度，治疗依从性好，值得在临床实践中研究与探索。 　　【关键词】 心理护理干预； 恶性肿瘤； 中年患者； 放射治疗； 效果评价 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.34.047 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）34-0094-02 　　The Effects of Psychological Nursing Intervention on the Negative Emotions of Middle-aged Cancer Patients after Radiotherapy/HAN Chaoquan.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（34）：94-95 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the influence of psychological nursing intervention on the negative emotion of middle-aged cancer patients after radiotherapy.Method：60 cases of 45 to 59 years old patients with malignant tumor between September 2015 and June 2016 were selected，they were randomly divided into study group and the control group，the study group was given conventional radiotherapy care and psychological nursing intervention，control group was given conventional radiotherapy care，the SAS and SDS scores after admission and discharge and satisfaction questionnaire of two groups were observed.Result：There were no statistically significant differences between the scores of the two groups on admission（P0.05）.On discharge the SAS and SDS scoreS in the study group were significantly reduced，patient satisfaction increased， the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：Psychological nursing intervention for middle-aged cancer patients after radiotherapy can significantly reduce the negative emotions of patients，improve satisfaction，good treatment compliance and satisfactory curative effect.It is worth research and exploration in the clinical practice. 　　【Key words】 Psychological nursing intervention； Malignant tumor； Middle-aged patients； Radiotherapy； Effect evaluation 　　First-author’s address：Gaoyou Hospital of TCM
