心语疏通联合宫术宁胶棒在年轻女性人工流产术中疗效探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨采用心语疏通联合宫术宁胶棒在年轻女性人工流产术中的临床效果。 方法 整群选取2013年1月―2015年6月间海安县雅周镇人口和计划生育服务站行人流术的140例年轻女性作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，分别采用心语疏痛联合宫术宁胶棒和常规人流的方法，观察两组的效果。 结果 两组在手术时间、术中出血量、VAS和SSD评分方面，t值分别为2.429，2.374，3.718和2.751，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；在宫颈软化率、一次性操作成功率、人流综合症和患者满意度方面，χ2值分别为2.429，2.374，3.718和2.751，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 将心语疏通联合宫术宁胶棒使用在年轻女人流受术者中，能减轻受术者痛苦，加快手术进程，减少手术并发症，促进身心康复。 　　[关键词] 年轻女性；人流术；心语疏导；宫术宁胶棒；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R169 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）12（c）-0080-03 　　Curative Effect Observation on Vocal Local Combined with GongShuNing Glue Stick in the Artificial Abortion Operation of Young Women 　　SHI Hao-lu 　　Population and family planning service station of Yazhou town， Haian county， Nantong， Jiangsu Province， 226641 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical effect of vocal local combined with gongshuning glue stick in the artificial abortion operation of young women. Methods 140 cases of young women receiving artificial abortion operation in the population and family planning service station of Yazhou town， Haian county from January 2013 to June 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group， the two groups were treated respectively with vocal local combined with gongshuning glue stick and conventional artificial abortion， the effect of the two groups was observed. Results The differences in the operation time， intraoperative blood loss， VAS and SSD between the two groups were obvious， （t=2.429，2.374，3.718和2.751），（P0.05）， the differences in the uterine softening rate， the success rate of one-time operation， artificial abortion syndrome and patient’s satisfactory degree were obvious （t=2.429，2.374，3.718 and 2.751），（P0.05）. Conclusion Vocal local combined with gongshuning glue stick in the artificial abortion operation of young women can decrease the patient’s pains， speed up the operation process， reduce the operative complications and promote the patient’s physical and psy
