心衰患者不同心功能分级与血尿酸水平检测结果相关性研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究心力衰竭（简称心衰）患者不同心功能分级与血尿酸水平的相关性。 方法 随机选取该院2013年1月―2015年1月收治持慢性心衰患者50例为心衰组、正常人群40例为对照组，其中NYHA分级中II级12例，III级25例，IV级13例，比较各组超声心动图检测结果及血尿酸水平，并通过Spearman相关分析心衰患者心功能分级与血尿酸水平的关系。结果 心衰组及其不同心功能分级患者与对照组在LVEF、LAD、LVEDD方面比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。心衰组、心功能II级、III级、IV级患者血尿酸水平分别为（405.4±90.2）umol/L、（375.4±75.7）umol/L、（419.5±105.8）umol/L、（493.7±88.3）umol/L，均明显高于对照组的（286.3±78.5）umol/L，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。Spearman相关分析血尿酸水平与LVEDD、心功能分级正相关、与LVEF负相关（P0.05）。 结论 慢性心衰患者心功能与血尿酸水平正相关，可作为心衰患者心功能损害程度评定的重要指标之一。 　　[关键词] 慢性心力衰竭；心功能分级；血尿酸；相关性 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）06（a）-0017-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study correlation between different cardiac function classifications and serum uric acid in patients with heart failure （CHF）. Methods Random selection 50 patients with chronic heart failure were marked as the heart failure group， 40 normal people were marked as the control group， there were 12 cases in NYHA grade II ， 25 cases in NYHA grade III， 13 cases in NYHA grade IV among them， echocardiography and serum uric acid levels were compared between these groups， relationship between cardiac function classifications and serum uric acid in patients with heart failure （CHF） was analyzed by using spearman correlation analysis. Results There was a significant difference in LVEF， LAD and LVEDD between the heart failure group， different cardiac function classifications patients and the control group （P0.05）. Serum uric acid of the heart failure group， cardiac function grade II， III and IV were （405.4±90.2）umol/L， （375.4±75.7）umol/L， （419.5±105.8）umol/L， （493.7±88.3）umol/L respectively， which were significantly higher than the control group （286.3±78.5）umol/L （P0.05）. Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between serum uric acid and LVEDD， cardiac function classification， there was a negative correlation between serum uric acid and LVEF （P0.05）.
