心通口服液治疗冠心病心绞痛患者临床疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨心通口服液治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2010年2月-2013年2月本院收治的72例冠心病心绞痛患者的临床资料，根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组和对照组各36例，其中治疗组给予心通口服液治疗，对照组给予三酰甘油片治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后心绞痛频率、心肌耗氧量和治疗后血液黏度以及血小板聚集指数。结果：治疗组总有效率97.22%明显高于对照组的77.78%，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05），治疗后治疗组的心绞痛频率、心肌耗氧量均明显低于对照组，且治疗后治疗组的血液黏度和血小板聚集指数均明显低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：心通口服液治疗冠心病心绞痛可明显降低患者的心绞痛频率和心肌耗氧量，临床疗效显著，值得在临床上推广。 　　【关键词】 心通口服液； 冠心病心绞痛； 临床疗效 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of Xintong oral liquid in the treatment of patients with angina coronary heart disease.Method：The clinical data of 72 patients with angina pectoris admitted to our hospital were retrospective analyzed.According to different methods of treatment methods，they were divided into the treatment group and the control group，37 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Xintong oral liquid，and the control group was taken with triglycerides for treatment.The clinical curative effect，frequency of angina and myocardial oxygen consumption before and after treatment and post-treatment platelet aggregation and blood viscosity index for the two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.22%，it was significantly higher than the 77.78% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment，the frequency of angina and myocardial oxygen consumption in treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group，and blood viscosity and platelet aggregation index in treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Xintong oral liquid in the treatment of patients with angina coronary heart disease can significantly reduce the frequency of angina and myocardial oxygen consumption，and clinical effect is significant.It is worth promoting in clinical practice. 　　【Key words】 Xintong oral liquid； Angina pectoris； Clinical efficacy 　　冠心病心绞痛在老年病中较为常
