心血管超声对心血管疾病诊断价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探析心血管超声对心血管疾病诊断的价值。方法 方便选取该院在2015年1月―2017年6月收治的158例心血管疾病患者，在患者知情同意的情况下将其随机分为研究组和对照组，各为79例，对照组患者接受常规检查方法，研究组接受心血管超声检查，比较常规检查后患者及接受心血管超声检查后的患者其诊断结果及检出率情况。结果 研究组颈动脉粥样硬化检出率81.01%、肺动脉栓塞检出率22.78%、冠心病检出率69.62%，对照组颈动脉粥样硬化检出率54.43%、肺动脉栓塞检出率3.80%、冠心病检出率26.58%，研究组诊断结果均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组未见异常7.59%显著低于对照组26.58%，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组患者VP值（3.52±0.23）m/s，SPAP值平均（56.34±6.24）mmHg。 ?Y论 以心血管超声诊断心血管疾病，检出率高，具有无创、快捷、操作简单等优势，患者青睐，误诊漏诊的情况减少，优于常规诊断方法，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 心血管超声；常规检查；心血管疾病；诊断价值 　　[中图分类号] R445 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）10（c）-0191-03 　　The Value of Cardiovascular Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Cardiovascular Disease 　　FAN Yong-chun 　　Department of Ultrasonography， Jiangning Hospital， Nanjing， Jiangsu Province， 211100 China 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to evaluate the value of cardiovascular ultrasound in the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease. Methods A total of 158 patients with cardiovascular disease from January 2015 to June 2017 were enrolled in this study and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group， with 79 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine examination methods， the study group received cardiovascular ultrasound， the diagnosis of the results and detection rate of the two methods were compared. Results The detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis was 81.01%， the detection rate of pulmonary embolism was 22.78%， the detection rate of coronary heart disease was 69.62% in the study group； the detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis in the control group was 54.43%， the detection rate of pulmonary embolism was 3.80%， the detection rate of coronary heart disease 26.58%， the diagnosis results in the study group were higher than the control group（P0.05）； no abnormality in the study group was 7.59%， significantly lower than the control group of 26.58%， the difference was significant（P0.05）.
