影响老年病区压疮治疗效果相关因素分析 　　【摘要】 目的：观察老年病区治疗压疮时影响其治疗效果的因素，分析最主要的影响因素并找出相应治疗方法和护理措施。方法：收集老年病区患者共200例，分为压疮组50例和对照组150例，观察患者年龄、性别、体重指数、学历、皮肤健康状状况、白蛋白、血红蛋白、是否长期存在炎症、空腹血糖、心理因素、是否应用激素、Braden评分等可能引起压疮难以愈合的因素，进行回归分析。结果：发现影响老年病区患者压疮治疗效果的因素中年龄、体重指数、皮肤健康状况、是否长期存在炎症、空腹血糖、是否应用激素、Braden评分均与压疮难以愈合相关（P0.05），是压疮治疗效果差的独立危险因素，而白蛋白是压疮治疗的保护因素。结论：年龄、体重指数、皮肤健康状况、白蛋白、是否长期存在炎症、空腹血糖、是否应用激素、Braden评分这些因素可影响老年病区患者压疮的治疗效果，制定有针对性的治疗方法及早防治，对老年患者的压疮愈合有重要意义。 　　【关键词】 老年病区； 压疮； 治疗效果； 相关分析 　　Analysis of Related Factors Influencing the Treatment of Pressure Sores in Elderly Patients/CHEN Yuan，HE Lu，WANG Yue-zhen，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（16）：138-141 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the factors influencing the therapeutic effect of the elderly patients in the treatment of pressure sores，analyze the most important influencing factors，find out the corresponding treatment methods and nursing measures.Method：A total of 200 patients were divided into two groups，50 cases of pressure sores group and 150 cases of control group.The age，sex，body mass index，education，skin health status，albumin，hemoglobin，fasting blood glucose，psychological factors，whether the application of hormones and Braden score may cause pressure sores difficult to heal factors were observed and regression analysis.Result：It was that the impact of elderly patients with pressure sores treatment factors in the factors：age，body mass index，skin condition，whether there was long-term inflammation，fasting blood glucose， whether the application of hormones，Braden scoreand and pressure ulcer had correlation（P0.05），they were the treatment of pressure sores poor independent risk factors.
