内蒙古 内蒙古科技大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 稀土素来被称为工业“黄金”，在世界矿产资源中具有重要的位置，其在我国的 产量和储量都非常巨大。稀土具有各种各样的用途，其主要用在新型材料和石油及化 工等方面。另外，稀土在其他方面，例如国防等也意义重大。因此，稀土行业能否不 断的向前发展，对我国的经济发展影响重大。鉴于稀土行业在我国经济中的重要地位， 更多的学者开始对其关注并进行研究。当前，对稀土行业研究有很多，但重点主要是 应用方面和相关政策领域。对微观主体投资效率的研究较少。因此，本文主要研究微 观主体稀土上市公司的投资效率，以便于找出其在投资过程中不完善的地方，通过相 应的建议加以完善，从而促进我国稀土行业的健康发展。 基于此，本文选取境内 19 家稀土上市公司，在收集其基础数据的基础上，以评 价其投资效率为目标，进行研究。稀土上市公司有较强的综合实力，且其一定程度上 代表了整个稀土行业，通过对稀土上市公司的投资效率的研究，有利于我们了解整个 稀土行业的投资效率状况。 运用实证分析法，选取上证所和深交所的稀土上市公司为样本，收集其 2011-2014 年连续 4 年的数据并对其进行基本处理，在此基础上，运用 DEA 基本模型，对其投 资效率加以测度，并利用投影分析对非有效企业实施改进。运用超效率 DEA 模型， 对相对有效的企业作进一步测算，实现了对其投资效率的排序。最后，从动态方面运 用 Malmquist 指数法分析，并利用其分解进一步分析影响因素。最后针对分析结果提 出改善的建议。在此基础上，文章共分为五个章节。第一章为绪论，论述了研究的背 景、目的和意义，以及对前人研究进行了总结。第二章为相关理论基础，论述了投资 效率评价方法及其原理。第三章为 DEA 方法对稀土上市公司投资效率评价的应用， 通过界定稀土上市公司的概念选取了文章所需的样本，并选取了评价所用的输入输出 指标。第四章为我国稀土上市公司投资效率的实证分析。第五章为文章的对策建议部 分。最后在对文章整体进行分析后得出本文的结论，并针对本文的局限进行了阐述。 关键词：稀土上市公司；投资效率；DEA；Malmquist I Abstract Rare earth has always been called the industry gold.As we all know, it has variety of uses and has an important place in the world mineral resources and its production and reserves in China are enormous. Rare earth has a variety of uses, mainly in areas such as new materials and petroleum and chemical. In addition, rare earth also is very important in the defense and other industries. Therefore, the development of the industry is very important to our economic development. In view of the important status of the industry in our economy, more and more scholars began to study the industry. Currently, there are many researches on rare earth industry, but they are focused mainly on the related policies and also on the application. Study of micro-investment efficiency is less. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the efficiency of micro rare earth investments in listed companies in order to find problems in its investment, through the corresponding measures, so as to promote the re industry in our country.
