Conclusion： This systematic evaluation mentioned that TACE combined with Chinese herbal compound formula in treating of primary hepatocellular carcinama, may have effects in interfering in some area such as, smaller the size of carcinama, improve the effective rate, improve the living quality and longterm life survive of the clients, reduce the pain of liver area, the symptoms of distention and fatigue, the fever of chemoembolization and the quatity of leukocyte. But the sample is less and low quality of randomized controlled trial. There is no enough evidence for TACE combined with Chinese herbal compound formula in treating of primary hepatocellular carcinama has more advantage than simple TACE treatment. More experiments that are higher in quatity and quality, statistic random with enough follow up needed for the verification.
