I I 摘 要 摘 要 随着时代的发展，我国已进入信息化社会。教育部于 2000 年在《关于在中小学普 及信息技术教育的通知》中，明确规定将信息技术课程列入中小学生的必修课，并制定 了中小学开展信息技术教育的阶段性目标。然而教育信息化的核心是将信息技术整合到 课堂教学中，以帮助学生有效的利用信息技术提高学习效果和解决问题的能力。教育信 息化成功的关键因素在它的实施者：教师。中学教师只有自觉改变教育观念，运用符合 时代发展特色的教育模式与教育方法，全面提升自身的信息素养，才能适应教育信息化 和新课程改革的要求。 本文在查阅信息素养相关书籍和文献的基础上对信息素养和中学教师的信息素养 基本内涵进行了系统分析，并对中学教师信息素养的内容组成进行了梳理，并以此为基 础制作了城镇中学教师信息素养调查问卷，对河北地区城镇中学教师的信息素养进行现 状调查并对调查结果做了详细的分析，找出问题提出策略，探讨培养城镇中学教师信息 素养的有效途径。本研究由六部分组成。第一章先对研究的背景、研究意义、研究现状、 研究内容和方法做了仔细的阐述。第二章对城镇中学教师信息素养的内涵进行了理论层 面的分析。第三章对城镇中学教师的信息素养进行了现状调查和结果分析。第四章在调 查结果的基础上提出了提高城镇中学教师信息素养的对策。第五章对研究成果进行总 结。 关键词 信息素养 教育信息化 城镇中学 教师信息素养 II II Abstract Abstract Along with the time development, China has entered the information society. Ministry of Education in the notification of information technology education in primary and secondary school clear that the information technology curriculum must be put into a compulsory subject in primary and secondary students, and formulated a progress target of information technology education. However, the core of information in education is to integrate information technology into the classroom to help students effectively use information technology to improve learning and problem-solving skills. In this paper, we have inspection information literacy-related books and literature on the basis of information literacy and information literacy of urban school teachers to carried out a systematic analysis of the basic content, and sorting the content of information literacy of urban school teachers. Then we make information literacy questionnaires at the basis of theory. Followed by questionnaires, we interview information literacy for urban middle school teachers in HeBei, and investigation and analysis the results of information literacy of urban school teachers in an effective way.
