微生物检验在感染控制中临床应用价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析感染控制中应用微生物检验的临床价值。 方法 整群选取该院2013年7月―2014年7月收治的78例尿路感染患者，细菌培养患者的中段尿，将培养后分离出的大肠埃希氏菌78株随机分为对照组（39株）和观察组（39株）。观察组菌株给予微生物检测手段进行处理，对照组菌株不做任何处理，对两组患者的感染控制情况进行观察。结果 观察组患者发生细菌轻度、中度和重度感染的比例分别为66.7%、30.7%和2.6%，对照组为28.2%、53.8%、18.0%，观察组的感染控制情况明显优于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 感染控制中应用微生物检验能有效降低患者的感染程度，提高感染控制效果，具有一定的临床应用价值。 　　[关键词] 感染控制；微生物检验；应用价值 　　[中图分类号] R446 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（a）-0101-02 　　Analysis of Clinical Application Value of Microbiological Examination in the Infection Control 　　JAING Shao-xia 　　Clinical Laboratory， Laixi People s Hospital， Laixi， Shandong Province， 266600 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical value of the application of microbiological examination in the infection control. Methods 78 cases of patients with urinary tract infection treated in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 were selected， the midstream urine of the patients was cultivated by bacteria， 78 strains of Escherichia coli isolated after cultivation were randomly divided into two groups with 39 strains in each， the bacterial strains in the observation group were treated with the microbiological examination means， the bacterial strains in the control group did not do any treatment， the infection control condition of the two groups was observed. Results The proportions of mild， moderate and severe infection of the bacterial were respectively 66.7%， 30.7% and 2.6% in the observation group and 28.2%， 53.8% and 18.0% in the control group， the infection control condition in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group， （P0.05）.
