手术室护理工作中综合护理干预应用效果 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨手术室护理工作中综合护理干预的应用效果。方法：将2014年4月-2015年6月笔者所在医院收治的100例各科手术患者分为两组，每组50例。对照组给予手术室常规护理，观察组开展综合护理干预。观察两组入室前与麻醉前的心率、血压变化及术后恢复情况。 　　结果：麻醉前观察组患者心率、收缩压、舒张压分别为（76.2±4.1）次/min、（111.5±6.0）mm Hg、（81.2±3.4）mm Hg，明显低于对照组的（94.1±5.0）次/min、（139.7±6.9）mm Hg、（92.2±6.0）mm Hg，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。与对照组比较，观察组患者术后下床活动时间、伤口拆线时间更早，HAMD评分更优，住院时间更短（P0.05）。结论：在手术室护理工作中开展综合护理干预有利于降低患者应激反应，促进患者康复，值得应用。 　　【关键词】 手术室护理； 综合护理干预； 心率； 血压； HAMD 　　中图分类号 R473.6 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）11-0103-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in nursing work in operation room.Method：From April 2014 to June 2015，100 cases with various operation in our hospital were divided into two groups，50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing in operation room，the observation group was carried out comprehensive nursing intervention.Changes of heart rate and blood pressure before entering operation room and before anesthesia of the two groups were observed，the postoperative recovery of the two groups were observed.Result：The heart rate，systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before anesthesia in the observation group were （76.2±4.1）times per minute，（111.5±6.0）mm Hg，（81.2±3.4）mm Hg，significantly lower than （94.1±5.0）times per minute，（139.7±6.9）mm Hg，（92.2±6.0）mm Hg in the control group，there were statistical significance（P0.05）.The postoperative ambulation time，time of taking out wound stitches，HAMD score，hospitalization time in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the stress response and promote the rehabilitation of patients in operation room，and it is worth using. 　　【Key words】 Operation room nursing； Comprehensive nursing intervention； Heart rate； Blood pressure； HAMD 　　First-author’s address：The People’s Hospital of Rong County，Rong County 537500，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.11.058 　　手术室是临床通过手术方式救治患者的重
