心理护理在脑血管介入患者中应用效果 　　[摘要]目的 脑血管介入患者的术前焦虑情况实施心理护理，并对该种护理措施所产生的护理效果实施探讨和研究。方法 选取2017年1～9月在我院收治脑血管介入治疗患者120例，采用丢硬币正反面的方式（正面纳入到研究组，反面纳入到对照组）分为对照组、研究组，每组60 例。研究组予以心理护理，对照组实施常规护理，之后，对两组患者护理前后的焦虑评分，对患者的护理满意度实施调查。结果 研究组护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组护理后的焦虑评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 若脑血管介入患者出现了术前焦虑的情况，可以给予患者实施心理护理的措施，以此帮助患者改善焦虑情况，提高预后效果，维持良好的护患关系。 　　[关键词]心理护理；脑血管介入；术前焦虑；护理效果 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）3（a）-0185-03 　　Application effect of psychological nursing in patients with cerebrovascular intervention 　　WANG Wei 　　Operating Room，Anshan Tumor Hospital in Liaoning Province，Anshan 114036，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To carry out psychological nursing on preoperative anxiety of patients with cerebrovascular intervention，and to explore and study its nursing effect.Methods From January to September 2017， 120 patients with cerebral vascular interventional therapy in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group by coin throwing （positive into the study group， negative into the control group），60 cases in each group. The study group was given psychological care， and the control group was given routine care. after that， the anxiety scores of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were investigated， and the nursing satisfaction of the patients was investigated.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
