摘 要 高校学生社团文化是学生社团在长期活动中所创造的精神财富、文化心理氛 围以及承载这些精神财富、文化心理氛围的活动形式和物质形态，是高校学生社 团物质财富与精神财富的总和。研究学生社团文化对改进学生社团建设，促进校 园文化建设以及提升大学生个人素质都有重要的现实意义。组织文化理论兴起之 初主要是面向管理学领域，随着该理论的不断发展，越来越多的教育学者开始将 其运用到教育领域，学生社团作为一种学生自治组织，同样存在反应该组织的文 化，因此本研究以组织文化理论为切入视角，以江西师范大学学生社团为例，通 过实证调研，了解高校学生社团文化存在的问题，从而找到建设社团文化的具体 途径和方法。 本研究在对组织文化有关概念进行综述的前提下，归纳出组织文化的内涵及 结构：组织物质文化、组织行为文化、组织制度文化和组织精神文化。以此进一 步总结出高校学生社团的内涵和结构，即高校学生社团文化的物质方面、行为方 面、制度方面和精神方面。这些均构成了研究的理论基础。另外，在丹尼森组织 文化模型基础上改进《江西师范大学社团文化调查问卷》，通过描述性统计等方 法分析江西师范大学学生社团在参与性、一致性、适应性、使命这四个特质方面 存在的问题。研究表明，建设高校学生社团文化可以从三个方面着手：一是树立 共同组织价值观，提高社团文化一致性；二是提高成员能力，提升社团文化的参 与性；三是完善社团管理，加强社团文化的适应性。 关键词：高校学生社团；社团文化；组织文化 I PAGE PAGE IV Abstract College students’ society culture is the spiritual wealth, cultural psychology atmosphere and its activities form and physical form which created in the long-term activities. It’s the sum of the students society’s material and spiritual wealth. The study of college students’ society culture has important effects on the construction of students’ society and campus culture, and it’s also significant for enhancing the students quality. The rise at the beginning of organizational culture theory is mainly for the field of management. With the development of the theory, more and more educators began to apply it to the field of education. As a student government organization, students’ society also has the culture. This study is based on the theory of organizational culture and select the example of Jiangxi Normal University. Through empirical research, we can understand the problems of College students’ society culture and find the ways of constracting students’ society culture.
