情志干预在普外科护理临床应用分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析?c探讨情志干预应用于普外科护理中的具体临床效果。方法 方便选取该院外科自2016年3月―2017年7月收治的择期手术患者142例，按照随机数字表法将其分为常规护理组与情志护理组，每组各患者71例。予以常规护理组患者常规外科护理干预措施，在常规护理组患者护理方式基础上予以情志护理组患者中医情志护理干预措施，对两组患者护理后焦虑情况、抑郁情况、住院时间以及护理满意程度进行观察与对比。结果 情志护理组患者护理后焦虑与抑郁评分分别为（41.64±4.89）分、（40.02±5.15）分，明显低于常规护理组患者的（62.67±6.83）分、（61.74±5.86）分；情志护理组患者的平均住院时间为（5.24±1.21）d，明显低于常规护理组患者的（8.06±2.45）d；情志护理组患者的护理满意率为91.55%，明显高于常规护理组患者的78.87%，以上相关数据均差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在普外科应用中医情志护理措施可显著缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，在一定程度上缩短患者住院时间，对患者护理满意程度予以提升的同时也促进了和谐医患关系，情志干预是对普外科择期手术患者进行护理的良好手段。 　　[关键词] 情志护理干预；普外科；择期手术患者；中医；应用效果 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）12（b）-0170-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and study the specific nursing of emotion intervention in the nursing in the department of general surgery. Methods 142 cases of patients with selective surgery admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to July 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 71 cases in each， including the routine nursing group and emotion nursing group， and the routine nursing group adopted the routine nursing intervention measures in the department of surgery， while the emotion nursing group adopted the emotion nursing on the basis of the routine nursing， and the anxiety， depression， length of stay and nursing satisfactory degree of the two go groups after nursing were compared.
