情志护理配合中西医治疗慢性盆腔炎临床分析 　　【摘要】 目的：研究分析情志护理配合中西医治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法：选择2013年6月-2015年6月本院妇科接诊的60例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组。对照组30例按常规护理配合西医治疗；试验组30例在常规西药治疗基础上加用清热化瘀中药灌肠和中药外敷治疗并加以中医情志护理。记录比较两组疗效，生存质量、焦虑、抑郁评分。结果：试验组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：情志护理配合中药保留灌肠和中药外敷治疗慢性盆腔炎，可以提高其治疗有效率，改善患者临床症状和体征，临床效果较好，具有很好的临床应用价值，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 慢性盆腔炎； 情志护理； 中西医结合 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical effect of emotion nursing combined with Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.Method：60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the gynaecology of our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.30 patients in the control group were given routine nursing combined with western medicine.30 patients in the experimental group were given the treatment of enema and external application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional treatment of western medicine，they were also given emotion nursing.The curative effect and the scores of quality of life，anxiety，depression were recorded and compared between the two groups.Result：The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Various scores of the SF-36 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.After the nursing intervention，the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group and those before nursing intervention，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The differences in the SAS and SDS scores of the control group before and after nursing intervention were not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Emotion nursing combined with enema and external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation can impro
