情志护理结合穴位按摩在颈椎病后抑郁患者中应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探?情志护理结合穴位按摩在颈椎病后抑郁患者中的临床效果。 方法 选择2015年1月～2017年3月在我院诊断治疗的颈椎病后抑郁患者120例为研究对象，患者随机分为对照组、情志护理组及联合组，每组40例。对照组给予常规护理，情志护理组在常规护理基础上给予情志护理，联合组在常规护理及情志护理基础上给予穴位按摩。比较三组干预前后HAMD评分以及CASCS评分。 结果 情志护理组与联合组干预后CASCS总分以及各维度得分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；联合组干预后CASCS总分以及各维度得分显著高于情志护理组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。干预后，情志护理组与联合组HAMD评分以及各维度得分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；干预后，联合组HAMD评分以及各维度得分均显著低于情志护理组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 情志护理结合穴位按摩能够显著改善颈椎病后抑郁患者的病情。 　　[关键词] 情志护理；穴位按摩；颈椎病；抑郁 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2018）01-0148-04 　　Application effect of emotional nursing combined with acupoint massage for patients with depressed after cervical spondylopathy 　　ZHANG Lijuan1 WU Ting1 YAO Lijuan2 　　1.Department of Neurology， Huzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Zhejiang Province， Huzhou 313000， China； 2.Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatolgy， Huzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Zhejiang Province， Huzhou 313000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss application effect of emotional nursing combined with acupoint massage for patients with depressed after cervical spondylopathy.
