慢性心力衰竭患者血清中亲环素A和脑利钠肽表达及意义研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨血清中亲环素A（CyPA）和脑利钠肽（BNP）在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中表达的意义。 方法 选择本院2010年6月～2011年6月收治的64例慢性心力衰竭老年患者为观察组，同时选取同期体检证实健康的58例老年人为对照组，应用ELISA法检测两组患者血清中CyPA和BNP的水平，分析其表达的意义及相关性。 结果 观察组血清中CyPA和BNP水平显著高于对照组（P0.05），观察组不同心功能分级患者血清中CyPA和BNP水平随着心功能分级的增加明显升高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。线性相关分析显示观察组患者血清中CyPA和BNP的表达呈正相关性（r=0.48， P=0.0214）。 结论 CyPA和BNP的联合检测对判断慢性心力衰竭老年患者的病变程度及指导治疗有重要意义。 　　[关键词] 慢性心力衰竭；脑利钠肽；血清亲环素A；检测 　　[中图分类号] R541.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）07（a）-0029-02 　　Study of expression and significance of serum CyPA and BNP in patients with chronic heart failure 　　QIN Ya-jun YANG You-xing HE Hai-hong 　　Laboratory Department， Tangxia Hospital in Dongguan City of Guangdong Province， Dongguan 523721， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression significance of serum cyclophilin A （CyPA） and brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 64 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2011 were selected as observation group. At the same time， 58 elderly people who were confirmed to be healthy by physical examination were selected as control group. The expression of CyPA and BNP in two groups was detected by ELISA in order to analyze the significance of expression and correlation. Results The expression level of serum CyPA and BNP in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group （P0.05）. And as the cardiac function class increased， the expression of serum CyPA and BNP in observation group also increased significantly， the difference was significant （P0.05）. The linear correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the expression of serum CyPA and BNP in observation group （r=0.48， P=0.0214）. Conclusion The combined detection of CyPA and BNP may play a role in judging lesion degree and guiding the treatment of elderly patient with chronic heart failure. 　　[Key wordd] Chronic heart failure； BN
