手术时机对重症胰腺炎治疗效果影响观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨手术时机对重症胰腺炎治疗效果的影响。 方法 回顾性分析本院2010年3月～2012年3月诊治的206例重症胰腺炎患者的病历资料，据治疗情况分为保守治疗组、早期手术组及中转手术组，其中保守治疗组96例，早期手术治疗73例，37例选择中转手术治疗。 结果 通过9 d治疗后观察，共治愈173例，无效33例，其中保守治疗总有效率为90.63%；早期手术治疗组总有效率为71.23%；中转手术治疗组总有效率为91.89%。保守治疗组与中转手术治疗组治疗总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P 0.05）；保守治疗、中转手术治疗组分别与早期手术治疗组比较，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 手术时机对重症胰腺炎治疗效果至关重要，无明显合并症患者均应选择保守治疗，出现严重并发症或手术适应证患者应积极中转手术治疗。 　　[关键词] 手术时机；重症胰腺炎；治疗效果 　　[中图分类号] R657.5 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）06（c）-0174-02 　　Observation of the influence of operation opportunity on the efficacy of severe acute pancreatitis 　　HUANG Chunsheng 　　Maternal and Child Care Hospital of Shangli County in Jiangxi Province，Shangli 337009，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of operation time on treatment of severe pancreatitis.Methods 206 patients with severe pancreatitis who were diagnosed and treated from March 2010 to March 2012 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively，according to treatment，the patients were divided into the conservative treatment group，early operation group and transit operation group，among them，the cases load of the conservative treatment group were 96，the early operation group were 73 cases，37 cases selecting with treatment of transit operation.Results The patients were observed after being treated for 9 days，173 cases were cured，33 cases were invalid，and the total effective rate of the conservative treatment group was 90.63%，the early operation group was 71.23% and transit operation group was 91.89%.The total effective rate of comparison between the conservative treatment group and transit operation group had no significant difference （P 0.05）；the conservative treatment and transit operation treatment group compared with the early operation treatment group，that there was significant difference （P 0.05）.Conclusion Operation time is very important for treatment of severe pancreatitis，the patients having no obvious complications should choose conservative treatment，and the patie
