万方数据 摘要 摘 要 目前，传统办公自动化系统未能与人实现紧密结合，在应用过程当中多有不 便。而伴随着计算机信息技术的快速发展，尤其是网络技术以及移动通信技术的 大范围普及，使得人们获得信息的手段与途径出现了翻天覆地的变化，这在实时 信息要求高、移动性比较强的单位或者是个人方面，表现得尤为明显。于是，移 动 OA 系统也就应运而生。在应用了移动 OA 系统之后，能够大幅改善办公环境， 简化沟通程序，能够实现远程操作的移动办公。外出人员只需要带有移动终端设 备，就能够顺利的完成电子审批、信息发布、信息接收、待办事项提醒接收等工 作。 本研究当中设计并实现的基于 Android 平台的移动 OA 系统可以有效满足移动 办公管理的需求，主要功能包括：最新动态、会议管理、办公文件、单位通信录、 日程安排、邮件服务等主要功能。除此之外，该系统还具备移动电话功能和短信 息功能，不仅操作简洁方便，同时还体积小，便于携带。本文的管理系统基于开 源的 Android 平台进行开发，实现了系统基本功能，能够满足系统的基本功能需求。 本文对移动 OA 系统开发的背景、目的进行了较为详细的介绍，阐述了数据 库的完整性和安全性，然后介绍了各个功能模块设计，并对各个模块进行了系统 测试，最后得出结论。 关键词：Android 平台，移动办公，数据库，测试 I Abstract Abstract Traditional office automation OA system is not closely integrated with the user considering the requirements from the practical application. With the rapid development of computer information technology, especially the popularization of network technology and mobile communication technology, most of the peoples are facing too much information which needs to be treated timely. The tendency is quite apparent for the businessmen and the government employees who are not always in the office. As a consequence, OA system has been invented. It is obvious that OA system has many merits such as significantly improving the office environment, simplifying communication procedures, being capable of remote operation. Anywhere, the people only needs a mobile terminal kit, which is able to complete electronic approval, information dissemination, information receiving, information processing, etc.. In this thesis, an OA system was designed on the Android mobile platform for education bureau of Zhong Ning County, which can meet the demand for mobile office management. The key features include: news and meeting management, office documents, address listing, schedule arrangement, e-mail services, simple operation, small size, and easy to carry.
