万方数据万方数据 Abstract At the beginning of economic opening, equalitarianism dominates the income distribution, the gap between the incomes of residents is small.With influx of the economic trends , the development gap between regions between urban and rural areas is widening, the income gap is developing in the form of price scissors all the residents do not share the achievements of economy, the income gap is larger and larger, which does not meet for the concept of inclusive growth. At present ,the research on inclusive growth is often limited to one point or another, the research object focuses on the macroscopic aspect,most scholars focus the the research of Chinese inclusive economic growth, few scholars do research on Residents inclusive income growth is, study of inclusive growth of income is almost blank. Therefore, this article researches on inclusive growth of income of 1978-2013 years from the perspective of income growth. Based on the analysis of the research results of scholars at home and abroad, using the objective weighting method of each layer to give the corresponding weights and set standard of inclusion size on the basis of the research results of other scholars,combined with China and other national economic development situation , making the reference value and the target value of index in different stages of development ,,taking an objective way to measure the income growth of tolerance, to calculate the dynamic process of income growth tolerant , putting forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. In this paper, the characteristics and innovations are in the following aspects: First, when do research,using the factor analysis methods which is objective; Second,through the use of the the average value of corresponding period of developed and developing countries which is representative as the target value,as a measure of standard for index size in Chinese,and according to
