持续性人文关怀理念在ICU护理中应用效果分析 　　【摘要】目的：探析持续性人文关怀理念护理模式在ICU护理中的应用效果。方法：本次随机选取本院2012年2月～2013年5月期间ICU收治的120例患者，采用随机抽签法将其分为2组，每组60例，对照组采用ICU常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上应用持续性人文关怀理念，对比分析两组患者护理后焦虑程度、舒适度以及对护理工作的满意度。结果：干预组患者焦虑程度评分明显低于对照组（P0.05），干预组舒适度明显高于对照组（P0.05），干预组患者对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：ICU常规护理基础上应用持续性人文关怀理念能有效降低患者焦虑程度，提高患者舒适度，进而促进护理质量的提高，还能有效改善护患之间紧张关系，符合现代社会发展及护理模式的要求，值得在临床上广泛推广和应用。 　　【关键词】ICU； 常规护理； 持续性人文关怀理念； 护理 　　Analysis of application effect in concept of persistent humane care in the ICU nursing 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the application of persistent humane care in the ICU nursing. Methods： 120 cases， which are from February 2012 to May 2013 in the ICU of our hospital， were randomly divided into the control group （60 cases） and the intervention group （60 cases）. Routine nursing care was carried out for the control group， and observation group was given by persistent humane care. Anxiety degree， comfort degrees and satisfactory degree to the nursing care of two groups were analyzed comparatively. Results： the scores of anxiety degree of intervention group is significantly lower than the control group（P0.05），and the comfort degrees and satisfactory degree of intervention group is better than the control group（P0.05）.
