放疗后组织纤维化超声组织量化研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨超声组织定征（UTC）量化分析对鼻咽癌放疗后颈部组织纤维化程度的鉴别诊断价值。 方法 选取2011年1月～2014年8月经手术病理证实的鼻咽癌放疗后颈部组织纤维化的79例患者为观察组；同期进行健康体检的60例正常者为对照组。所有研究对象均用超声图像定量分析诊断仪检测颈部皮下组织、胸锁乳突肌。比较对照组及放疗前后观察组颈部皮下组织、胸锁乳突肌声像图灰阶平均值；比较观察组患者UTC量化分析结果与病理结果。 结果 观察组患者放疗前颈部皮下组织、胸锁乳突肌声像图灰阶平均值与对照组比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者放疗后颈部皮下组织、胸锁乳突肌声像图灰阶平均值显著高于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 UTC由于其无创性、灵敏度高等优点，可作为临床医师量化分析放疗后颈部组织纤维化的一种实用方法。 　　[关键词] 鼻咽癌；放疗；组织纤维化；超声组织定征；应用价值 　　[中图分类号] R739.91 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）08-0109-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the differential diagnosis value of quantitative analysis of ultrasonic tissue characterization（UTC） on cervical tissue fibrosis degree in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy. Methods A total of 79 cases of patients with cervical tissue fibrosis after radiotherapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed by pathology after operation from January 2011 to August 2014 were selected as the observation group，and during the same period 60 cases examined to be normal healthy subjects were selected as control group. The subcutaneous tissue of neck and sternocleidomastoid muscle of all the subjects were checked by using ultrasonic image quantitative analytical and diagnostic equipment. The sonogram grayscale average values of neck subcutaneous tissue and sternocleidomastoid muscle of the patients in the observation group were compared with those of the control group before and after radiotherapy. The analysis results and pathological results of quantitative UTC of the patients in the observation group were compared before and after radiotherapy. The UTC quantitative analysis results and pathological results in the observation were compared. Results Before radiotherapy， the differences of neck subcutaneous tissue and the grayscale average value of sternocleidomastoid muscle of the patients in observation group compared with those in the control group were not significant（P0.05）.
