斜冠状位对后交叉韧带损伤MRI检查应用价值研究 　　摘要：目的：探讨膝关节后交叉韧带损伤患者MRI影像学表现，探讨斜冠状位成像对于后交叉韧带成像的准确性，评价影像学MRI检查的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析18例临床诊断为后交叉韧带损伤患者影像资料以及50例正常人群常规MRI检查资料，后交叉韧带损伤患者损伤情况与手术病理情况对比，对比正常人群后交叉韧带常规矢状位、冠状位检查与斜冠状位成像的表现。结果：所有膝关节MRI检查结果，斜冠状位显示情况优于矢状位、冠状位检查，图像锐利程度也优于传统结果与，斜冠状位MRI成像与患者手术结果有很好的一致性。结论：斜冠状位成像能很好显示后交叉韧带的解剖结构，对后交叉韧带损伤的临床诊断提供有效影像学的依据。?? 　　 　　关键词：后交叉韧带损伤；斜冠状位；核磁共振成像 　　?? 　　 The value of oblique coronal plane at the diagnosis of the injury of posterior cruciate ligament with MRI 　　?? 　　 Lin Xin, Zhang Keyun, Yu Liming, Zhang Xuhua.?? 　　 　　Department of Orthopedics, Affiliated Hospital of Huaihua Medical College, Huaihua Municipal Third Peoples Hospital, Huaihua 418000, Hunan Province, China?? 　　 　　 Abstract：Objective: To investigate the image manifestations of posterior cruciate ligament injury, and study the accuracy of the imaging about posterior cruciate ligament injury, and evaluate the diagnostic value of posterior cruciate ligament disease by using MRI.Methods: This retrospective study included 18 patients with PCL injury and 50 normal people with intact posterior cruciate ligament injury who underwent MRI.
