新一代协同办公信息平台研究与实现 　　摘要： 办公自动化（Office Automation，简称OA）是企业信息化建设的基础，因为它能明显地推动企事业单位信息化建设的进程而受到各个企业的重视。本文通过阐述OA、企业知识门户和富客户端技术等相关知识，分析了OA的国内外研究背景，提出了以知识管理和企业知识门户为指导的新一代协同OA信息平台的设计理念。以某邮政协同办公信息平台的设计和实现为研究对象，根据系统特点和实际需求，选用微软.NET框架下的ASP.NET平台、C#编程语言作为系统开发工具，采用SQL Server 2000作为系统数据库，以软件工程的设计思想为指导，阐述了系统的总体设计方案；分析了传统的C/S和B/S开发模式的缺点和不足，在此基础上提出了系统的RIA（Rich Internet Application）体系结构；利用Ajax富客户端技术改进了传统的MVC设计模式；详细设计了系统各功能子模块，最终实现了一个完全适合邮政行业的新一代协同办公信息平台。 　　Abstract： As the foundation of enterprise informationization， OA（Office Automation， abbreviated as OA） is more and more emphasized for it can effectively promote the enterprises information process. In this paper， the basic theories of OA， Enterprise Knowledge Portal and Rich Internet Application are illustrated， and domestic and foreign research background of OA is analyzed. A design concept of new cooperative OA information platform is put forward， based on Post techniques of Knowledge Management and Enterprise Knowledge Portal. Cooperative OA information platform is made as the researching object based on the function and requirement， the system is developed on the ASP.NET platform within the skeleton of Microsoft.NET， and programmed with C# language， the overall system design is explained in details using the designing methods of software engineering； Disadvantages of traditional C/S and B/S architecture are analyzed， and RIA （Rich Internet Application） architecture is proposed and achieved； Traditional MVC design pattern is improved by using technique of Ajax； By intensive designing of each module of the system， a new cooperative OA information platform is developed entirely matching to the Post. 　　?P键词： 信息化建设；协同办公；富客户端；知识管理；企业知识门户 　　Key words： information construction；cooperative office；rich internet application；knowledge management；enterprise knowledge portal 　　中图分类号：TP311.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-4311（2018）01-0177-03 　　0 引言 　　针对于邮政行业，发达国家大多已经建有完善的邮政管理信息系统及邮政运输综合信息系统，并且各类专业信息系统不断向综合化、集成化的方向发展，邮政也向着操纵自动化、管理系统化、决策智能化的方向发展[1]。
