早期先兆流产患者心理问题分析及其护理干预 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨早期先兆流产患者的心理问题及具体的护理干预措施。 方法 选自2013年12月～2014年10月我院收治的早期先兆流产患者140例，将其随机分成两组，每组70例，分别为观察组和对照组。对两组患者的心理问题进行分析，均进行常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上进行护理干预，护理工作结束后，对两组患者的护理效果进行观察。 结果 观察组患者心理问题的发生率为4.2%。对照组患者心理问题的发生率为32.8%。观察组52例患者正常分娩，18例患者终止妊娠，观察组患者保胎成功率为74.3%。对照组40例患者正常分娩，30例患者终止妊娠，对照组患者保胎成功率为57.1%。观察组保胎成功率高于对照组患者，两组患者的保胎成功率差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者对护理工作的满意率为100%。对照组患者对护理工作的满意率为85.7%。观察组患者对护理工作的满意率高于对照组患者，两组患者的对护理工作的满意率差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 针对于早期先兆流产患者采取有效的护理干预措施，能够显著的提高护理的效果，进一步提高保胎成功率，确保患者胎儿的安全。 　　[关键词] 早期先兆流产；心理问题；护理干预 　　[中图分类号] R473.71 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）11-90-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the psychological problems of patients with early threatened abortion and specific measures of nursing intervention. Methods 140 patients with early threatened abortion which were admitted in our hospital from 2013 December to 2014 October were randomly allocated to an observation group and a control group，with 70 patients in each.The psychological problems of patients in two groups were analyzed，all of the patients were performed conventional nursing，but patients in the observation group were given additional nursing intervention on the basis of this.nursing effects of two groups of patients were observed with the completion of nursing.
