无缝隙护理管理对护士工作积极性和护理质量影响 　　[摘要] 目的 研究观察无缝隙护理管理对护士工作积极性以及护理质量的影响。方法 以2015年1―3月作为对照组，另以2015年4―6月作为实验组，分别方便抽取护理人员共30名作为研究对象。对照组采取常规护理管理模式，实验组采取无缝隙护理管理模式。对护士工作积极性以及护理质量水平方面的差异进行对比。 结果 实验组护士工作积极性评分均值为（9.0±0.5）分，明显高于对照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。实验组护理沟通、健康教育、病例书写、病房管理、以及护理操作各项指标评分均明显高于对照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 引入无缝隙护理管理模式可改善护士从事临床护理工作的积极性，同时对提高护理质量水平有重要影响，值得在实践工作中推广应用。 　　[关键词] 无缝隙护理管理；工作积极性；积极性；护理质量 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）05（c）-0150-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the effect of no gaps nursing management on enthusiasm and nursing quality of nurses work. Methods 30 cases of nursing staff from January 2015 to March 2015 were selected as the control group， 30 cases of nursing staff from April 2015 to June 2015 were selected as the experimental group， and the control group adopted conventional nursing management model， the experimental group adopted no gaps nursing management model， and the differences in the enthusiasm and nursing quality of nurses work were compared. Results The average score of nurses work enthusiasm in the experimental group was （9.0±0.5） marks， which was obviously higher than that in the control group， and there was an obvious difference between groups by comparison with statistical significance， P0.05， the various index scores such as nursing communication， health education， case writing， ward management and nursing operation in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group， and there were obvious differences between groups by comparison with statistical significance， P0.05.
