正畸治疗对种植义齿临床效果影响 　　[摘要]目的：研究正畸治疗对种植义齿临床效果的影响。方法：选取笔者科室2012年4月-2016年4月就诊个别牙缺失伴错牙合畸形的58例患者为研究对象，将纳入患者按就诊时间先后分为正畸组与对照组，每组29例。正畸组采用正畸治疗调整缺损牙列，调整完成后再行种植义齿；对照组采用单纯种植义齿修复。比较两组种植义齿的成功率，记录义齿位移与咬合力，评估主观满意度，统计种植义齿并发症的发生率。结果：正畸组种植成功率为100.0%，显著高于对照组的79.3%（P0.05）。结论：正畸治疗可以提高义齿种植成功率，改善种植义齿的修复效果，满足牙列缺损患者对咀嚼功能及外形美观的需求。 　　[关键词]牙列缺损；错牙合畸形；种植义齿；正畸治疗；义齿位移 　　[中?D分类号]R783.5 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2018）03-0094-03 　　The influence of Orthodontic Treatment on the Clinical Effect of Implant Denture 　　XIONG Ya-fang1， LEI Zhi-min2 　　（1.Department of Stomatology， Ezhou Central Hospital， Ezhou 436000， Hubei， China； 2. Methods 58 patients with individual missing teeth and malocclusion who were admitted to the hospital from April 2012 to April 2016 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into the orthodontic group and the control group with 29 patients in each group according to the time of treatment. The orthodontic group was given orthodontic treatment and implant denture， while control group was treated with implant denture alone. The success rate of implant denture was compared between the two groups， the displacement and bite force of the denture were recorded， the subjective satisfaction was evaluated， and the incidence of complications of implant denture was statistically analyzed. Results The success rate of implant was higher in the orthodontic group than the control group （100.0% vs 79.3%） （P0.05）.
