标准化病人在肿瘤专业医学生医患沟通临床教学中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：以培养医学生的医患沟通能力为核心，探索肿瘤专业医学生临床沟通能力培养与评价的新模式。方法：对照组进行传统医患沟通理论课堂教学，试验组通过“标准化病人”模拟肿瘤患者或家属与学生进行病情沟通，运用《医患沟通技能评价表》对临床医学生的沟通能力进行评估、测量及反馈。结果：对照组医患沟通理论教学前后，SEGUE量表评分略有提高，但差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。试验组SP培训后总分提高，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.001）。结论：“标准化病人”情景模拟的教学形式有效提高医学生沟通能力，“标准化病人”教学模型的建立及评价体系的运用对医学生沟通能力的培养具有重要意义。 　　【关键词】 医患沟通； 标准化病人； 肿瘤专业医学生 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.27.086 文?I标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）27-0160-02 　　Application of Standardized Patient in Communication Skill Clinical Teaching of Oncology Medical Students/TU Chang-ling，WANG Yu-feng， JIANG Bo，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（27）：160-161 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To foster medical students’ ability of doctor-patient communication，to explore new mode of training and evaluation of tumor professional medical students’ ability to communicate.Method：Control group adopted the traditional doctor-patient communication theory class teaching.Experimental group adopted “standardized patients” simulated tumor patient or family members and students in communication.The doctor-patient communication skills evaluation was used to evaluate clinical medical students’ communication ability，measurement and feedback.Result：The SEGUE rating scale of the control group after the traditional doctor-patient communication theory teaching was slightly increased（P0.05）.After “standardized patients” training，the total score of the experimental group was improved significantly（P0.001）.Conclusion：“Standardized patient” scene simulation teaching effectively improve medical students’ communication ability.Standardized patient teaching model and the use of the evaluation system for the cultivation of medical students’ communication ability is of great significance. 　　【Key words】 Doctor-patient communication； Standardized patient； Oncology medical student 　　First-author’s address：Yunnan Tumor Hospital，Kunming 650118，China 　　医患关系是一种特殊的社会和人际关系，是当前一个极为敏感的社会话题。近些年来，医患纠纷增长迅速，绝大多数纠纷源于医患沟通不够或医疗服务过程中的不足，良好的医患沟通
