正畸治疗上前牙阻生临床探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 研究分析口腔正畸治疗上前牙阻生的临床效果，为日后上前牙阻生的临床治疗提供更多依据。 方法 此次研究方便选取2013年5月―2015年11月该院所收治的44例上前牙阻生患者为研究对象，将其分为对照组病患22例（以单纯外科导萌手术治疗）和观察组病患22例（在手术治疗的基础上加之口腔正畸治疗）两组，观察比较两组病患的治疗效果。结果 观察组病患的治疗总有效率为95.45%（21/22），对照组患者的治疗总有效率为72.73%（16/22），观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者，且观察组患者的牙列紊乱、牙龈炎症、咬牙合错牙合的异常率分别为1（4.54%）、0（0.00%）、0（0.00%）明显低于对照组的1（4.54%）、1（4.54%）、2（9.09%），两组之间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 口腔正畸用于治疗上前牙阻生具有较为良好的效果，能够显著的帮助病患改善症状，且异常情况少，从而有效的提升患者的临床治疗效果及生活质量，值得进一步在临床中普及运用。 　　[关键词] 正畸治疗；治疗效果；上前牙阻生 　　[中图分类号] R78 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）12（b）-0097-03 　　Clinical Study on Orthodontic Treatment of Impacted Anterior Teeth of Maxilla 　　ZHANG Ying ， ZHANG Ze-biao ， CHEN Yan-ru 　　Department of Stomatology， the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University， Quanzhou， Quanzhou， Fujian Province，362000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment for impacted anterior teeth of maxilla， and to provide more evidence for further clinical treatment.
