正畸治疗在口腔修复中应用研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探究正畸治疗在口腔修复中的应用，提高患者的满意度。方法 整群2014年9月―2015年12月在该院口腔矫形科收治的74例进行口腔修复的患者，根据随机数字法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组37例。对照组患者给予常规牙周夹板固定治疗，观察组患者给予正畸治疗技术进行治疗，比较两组患者的治愈率及患者的满意度。结果 观察组患者的有效率（97.30%）显著高于对照组患者（89.19%），观察组患者的护理满意度（97.30%）也明显优于对照组（89.19%），且观察组患者的不良反应发生率（8.11%）明显低于对照组患者（18.92%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 对口腔修复患者实施正畸治疗技术，治疗效果较好，可有效提高患者的治愈率及满意度，值得在临床治疗中推广。 　　[关键词] 口腔修复；正畸治疗；应用研究；治疗效果 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）05（b）-0004-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the application of orthodontic treatment in the prosthodontics and improve the satisfactory degree of patients. Methods 74 cases of patients with prosthodontics admitted and treated in the department of prosthetic dentistry of our hospital from September 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each， the control group were given conventional periodontal splints fixation treatment， the observation group were given orthodontic treatment， and the cure rates and satisfactory degrees of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group，（97.30% vs 89.19%）， the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was also obviously better than that in the control group， （97.30% vs 89.19%）， and the incidence rate of the adverse reactions in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group， （8.11% vs 18.92%）， and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）.
