果胶铋联合阿莫西林治疗Hp阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效及安全性评价 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.09.111 　　[摘要] 目的 分析果胶铋联合阿莫西林治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者疗效。方法 方便选择2014年9月―2016年11月收治的80例在山西省大同市三医院治疗的幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象，根据随机数表法分为两组（n=40），对照组患者用果胶铋联合克拉霉素治疗，观察组患者则采用果胶铋联合阿莫西林治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果、幽门螺杆菌根除率、不良反应发生情况。 结果 观察组患者总有效率92.5%高于对照组72.5%（P0.05）。 结论 果胶铋联合阿莫西林治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎，可有效提升治疗效果，提高幽门螺杆菌根除率，同时联合用药安全性高，可考虑推广使用。 　　[关键词] 果胶铋；阿莫西林；幽门螺杆菌；慢性萎缩性胃炎 　　[中图分类号] R573 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）03（c）-0111-03 　　Evaluation of Curative Effect and Safety of Bismuth Pectin and Amoxicillin in Treatment of Hp Positive Chronic Atrophic Gastritis 　　YAO Jian-guo 　　Digestive System Department， Datong Third Hospital， Datong， Shanxi Province， 036000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the curative effect and safety of bismuth pectin and amoxicillin in treatment of Hp positive chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods Convenient selection 80 cases of patients with Hp positive chronic atrophic gastritis treated in our hospital from September 2014 to November 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each， the control group were treated with bismuth pectin and clarithromycin， while the observation group were treated with bismuth pectin and amoxicillin， and the treatment effect， eradication rate of Hp and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（92.5%vs 72.5%）（P0.05）. Conclusion The bismuth pectin and amoxicillin in treatment of Hp positive chronic atrophic gastritis can effectively improve the treatment effect and eradication rate of Hp， and the safety of combined medication is high， which can be considered to be promoted and applied. 　　[Key words] Bismuth pectin； Amoxicillin； Helicobacter pylori；Chronic atrophic gastritis 　　慢性萎?s性胃炎是临床较为常见的消化系统疾病，主要临床表现为反酸、上腹部隐痛、食欲不振、腹胀等不适症状，具有病程持续时间长、发病率较高、病情诱因复杂、治愈率低等特点，若治疗不及时，可导致贫血、消化道出血、穿孔等
