柔性管理在妇产科护理管理实践中应用效果研究 　　[摘要]目的 研究柔性管理在妇产科护理管理实践中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年1月～2017年6月我院收治的100例妇产科患者作为研究对象，按收治时间先后顺序分为两组，每组50例。对照组患者（收治时间2016年1～9月）实施常规护理管理， 观察组患者（收治时间2016年10月～2017年6月）采用柔性管理。比较两组患者的护理质量、护理满意度、护理差错率及投诉率。结果 观察组患者的服务流程、护理技术、健康教育、护理人员服务态度和质量评分5项护理质量评分均明显高于对照组（P0.05），护理总满意度（92.00%）明显高于对照组（P0.05），护理差错率（2.00%）和投诉率（2.00%）均明显低于对照组（P0.05）。结论 在妇产科护理管理中实施柔性管理具有良好的应用效果，有助于护理质量及患者满意度的提高，减少护理差错的发生，临床推广应用价值高。 　　[关键???]妇产科；护理管理；柔性管理；实践；应用效果 　　[中图分类号] R197.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（b）-0158-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the application effect of flexible management in obstetrics and gynecology department nursing management practice.Methods 100 patients of obstetrics and gynecology treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the subjects，and the patients were divided into two groups according to the order of treatment，and there were 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group （treatment time was from January to September 2016） were given the routine nursing management while the patients in the observation group （treatment time was from October 2016 to June 2017） were treated with flexible management.The nursing quality，nursing satisfaction degree，nursing error rate and complaint rate were compared in patients between the two groups.Results The score of service process，nursing technology，health education，nursing attitude of nursing staff and quality score of 5 items of nursing quality score were better than those of the control group （P0.05），the total nursing satisfaction degree （92.00%） was higher than that of the control group （P0.05），nursing error rate （2.00%） and complaint rate （2.00%） were lower than those in the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of flexible management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management has a good application effect，which will help to improve the nursing quality and satisfaction degree of patients，reduce the occurrence of nursing error and its clinical promotion applica
