氨氯地平阿伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并高血脂疗效研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究氨氯地平阿伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并高血脂的临床疗效。 方法 整群选取2014年6月―2015年10月到该院进行治疗的高血压合并高血脂患者82例作为研究对象，并随机将其分成实验组与参照组各41例。给予参照组患者氨氯地片治疗，给予实验组患者氨氯地平阿伐他汀钙片治疗。对比两组的降脂效果及治疗前后收缩压及舒张压的变化情况。 结果 实验组患者的降脂效果总有效率为97.56%，明显高于参照组的70.73%，两者差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。经过8周的治疗后，实验组患者的收缩压与舒张压均低于参照组，结果差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 氨氯地平阿伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并高脂血症具有显著的临床疗效，有效降低患者的血脂与血压水平，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 氨氯地平；阿伐他汀钙片；高血压合并高血脂 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（c）-0096-02 　　Curative Effect Research on Amlodipine and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in Treatment of Hypertension Combined with Hyperlipidemia 　　YU Hai-jun 　　Department of emergency medicine， Chifeng Hospital of Inner Mongolia， Chifeng，Inner Mongolia，024000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the clinical curative effect of amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia.
