欣可聆预防人流术后宫腔粘连临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 分析透明质酸钠凝胶在人工流产术后宫腔粘连中的预防应用及效果。 方法 选择在笔者所在医院行人工流产术患者500例，随机分为对照组和治疗组两组，各250例。对照组行常规人工流产术，实验组在人工流产术后宫腔内注医用透明质酸钠凝胶。两组术后均常规给予抗生素及益母草制剂服用。术后定期随访，观察两组术后有无粘连。 结果 治疗组术后宫腔粘连发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。同一年龄段两组宫腔粘连发生情况比较，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 人工流产术后宫腔内注入透明质酸钠凝胶具有减少宫腔粘连发生、不良反应少等优点，值得在临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 透明质酸钠凝胶；人工流产；宫腔粘连 　　[中图分类号] R169.4 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2013）07-0151-03 　　Prevention of high concentration of medical sodium hyaluronate gel in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions after abortion 　　SHEN Bingqiu 　　Fertility Section，the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiaxing City in Zhejiang Province， Jiaxing 314000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze of the application and effects of hyaluronic acid in the prevention of intrauterine adhesions after abortion. Methods A total of 500 patients undergoing abortion technique of the author’s hospital were randomly divided into two groups of control group and the treatment group， with 250 cases of each group. The control group was treated with conventional artificial abortion， and the experimental group was treated with intrauterine injection of sodium hyaluronate after abortion. Two groups were routinely given antibiotics and motherwort preparations after operation. Two groups were followed up regular after operation surgery and tested adhesions. Results Incidence of intrauterine adhesions after operation of treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. The difference of the two groups in the same age intrauterine adhesions was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Compared with the control group， menstruation after operation of treatment group were better. The difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate gel injected into the uterine cavity after operation abortion has the advantages of reducing intrauterine adhesions and fewer adverse reactions， and worthy of clini
