济安舒能在软组织挫擦伤中应用体会 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨济安舒能治疗软组织挫擦伤的效果。方法：选取笔者所在科室2014年6-10月收治的40例软组织挫擦伤患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组20例。对照组采取常规方法处理伤口，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用济安舒能喷洒，观察比较两组患者伤后1、3、5、7 d的伤口渗出情况及创面愈合时间。结果：观察组伤后1、3、5、7 d的伤口渗出率均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。经治疗后，所有患者均痊愈，痊愈率为100%。观察组的Ⅰ、Ⅱ度创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组，总愈合时间（10.79±2.68）d明显短于对照组的（12.89±2.70）d，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：应用济安舒能治疗软组织挫擦伤能够加速创面的愈合，具有较好的抗炎、止血、抗渗出、防粘连作用，安全有效，值得在临床中广泛应用及推广。 　　【关键词】 济安舒能； 软组织挫擦伤； 体会 　　中图分类号 R641 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）8-0014-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of Ganuser in the treatment of soft tissue contusion.Method：40 patients with soft tissue contusion in our department from June 2014 to October 2014 were selected，they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，20 cases in each group.The control group was given the conventional methods to dealt with the wound，and the observation group was sprayed with Ganuser on the basis of the conventional therapy.The wound exudate after injury 1，3，5，7 d and the healing time of wound between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The rate of wound exudate in the observation group after injury 1，3，5 and 7 d were significantly lower than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment，all patients were cured，the cure rate was 100%.The wound healing time of Ⅰ，Ⅱ degree in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group，the wound healing time in the observation group was （10.79±2.68）d，which was significantly shorter than （12.89±2.70）d in the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of Ganuser in the treatment of soft tissue contusion can accelerate wound healing，has the effect of good anti-inflammatory，hemostatic，anti seepage，anti adhesion，and safe and effective，so it is worthy of wide application and popularization in clinical. 　　【Key words】 Ganuser； Soft tissue contusion； E
