海普林软膏治疗硬皮病临床效果评价 　　【摘要】 目的：研究应用海普林软膏对患有硬皮病的患者实施治疗的临床效果。方法：选择2012年7月-2014年 　　7月在本院就诊患有硬皮病的78例患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组，每组39例。对照组采用常规药物进行治疗，治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用海普林软膏。观察比较两组患者的皮肤外观恢复正常时间和硬皮病治疗计划实施总时间、硬皮病治疗效果及药物不良反应发生情况。结果：经治疗后，治疗组的皮肤外观恢复正常时间和硬皮病治疗计划实施总时间均明显短于对照组，治疗总有效率92.3%明显高于对照组的71.8%，药物不良反应发生率2.6%明显低于对照组的20.5%，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：应用海普林软膏对患有硬皮病的患者实施治疗的临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 海普林软膏； 硬皮病； 治疗 　　Clinical Effect Evaluation of Hepudiod Ointment in the Treatment of Scleroderma/LIU Shi，ZHANG Dong-xing，LI Ling.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（23）：109-110 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical effect of Hepudiod Ointment in the treatment of patients with scleroderma.Method：78 patients with scleroderma admitted to our hospital from July 2012 to July 2014 were selected as research objects，they were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method，39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs，the treatment group was treated with Hepudiod Ointment on the basis of conventional drug treatment.The time of the skin appearance returns to normal and the total time of treatment plan of scleroderma，scleroderma treatment effect and adverse drug reactions between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The time of the skin appearance returns to normal and the total time of treatment plan of scleroderma in the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group，the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.3%，which was significantly higher than 71.8% of the control group，the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the treatment group was 2.6%，which was significantly lower than 20.5% in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Hepudiod Ointment in the treatment of patients with scleroderma is significant，is worthy of clinical popularization and application. 　　【Key words】 Hepudiod Ointment； Scleroder
