浅谈现代教育技术与中小学基础课程改革 　　【摘要】知识经济时代、信息时代的到来引发了我国中小学基础课程的改革。本文从建立新的课程理念、明确新的教育目的和建构新的教育目标体系、以及基础课程内容更新、课程材料的创新和进一步加强基础课程的多元化、建立活动性的教学操作体系、建立新的课程评价体系等七个方面介绍了我国中小学基础课程改革的目标。并从课程目标的适合性、教师参与学校课程的设计、中小学基础课程的实施等方面论述了中小学基础课程实施中存在的问题，以及简单介绍了现代教育技术的优势和应用模式，最后阐述了现代教育技术能使中小学课程目标更加明朗、现代教育技术能促进课程渐进化和有效化的实施、现代教育技术可以提供教师参与学校课程改革的空间和网络化、交互化、平台化的课程以及现代教育技术存在的问题。 　　【关键词】教育技术；课程；课程改革；课程实施 　　 　　Discusses the modern education technology and the 　　elementary and middle schools core curriculum reform shallowly 　　Xu HuiXu Haiyan 　　【Abstract】The arrival of the information age and the era of knowledge-driven economy have caused fundamental course of middle and primary schools of our country to reform. At present, the trend of this innovation in middle and primary schools of our country is to construct and carry out seven innovation aims: To set up new course idea, to define the new purpose of education and construct the new educational goal system, to refresh the content of basic course, to set up new course-frame pattern, to innovate course material, to establish interactive class teaching system, to found new course evaluation system. In the implementation of fundamental course in middle and primary schools, there also exist some questions .Such as the practicality and continuance of the course targets; the teachers’ participation in course design; the construction of course assessment system etc. The modern educational technology has offered a new balcony for the fundamental course reform in primary and secondary schools. This text not only introduces the advantage of the modern educational technology and promotes the practice of this innovation, but also explains that the modern educational technology makes the goal of the course in the middle and primary schools clearer, promoting the implementation of the course, offering the reform space which is used for the teacher participating in course of the school, pointing out the existing problems of the modern educational technology. 　　【
