消瘀降浊汤治疗瘀血阻滞证肝硬化腹水疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察消瘀降浊汤治疗以腹胀、少尿为主要表现的肝硬化腹水（瘀血阻滞证）的治疗效果，并初步探讨中药方剂治疗肝硬化腹水的作用机制。 方法 将100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各50例，在保肝、利尿基础上，分别给予自拟消瘀降浊汤和安慰汤（红糖水）治疗，治疗4周为1个疗程。 结果 用药4周后，治疗组的腹胀、少尿症状以及肝功检查均明显改善，与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 消瘀降浊汤是治疗以腹胀、少尿为主要表现的肝硬化腹水的新中药制剂，其作用机制可能与疏通经络、调和气血、化瘀散结、扶正祛邪有关。 　　[关键词] 肝硬化腹水；消瘀降浊汤；瘀血阻滞证；腹胀；少尿 　　[中图分类号] R259 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）03-0113-04 　　Efficacy of Xiaoyu Jiangzhuo decoction in treatment of ascites due to liver cirrhosis with blood stasis syndrome 　　WU Huaqing1 SUN Xiaowei2 WANG Huanying3 　　1.Department of Gastroenterology， Shouguang Peoples Hospital in Shandong Province， Shouguang 262700， China； 2.Department of Spleen-Stomach Disease， Shouguang City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Shandong Province， Shouguang 262700， China； 3.Outpatient Operating Room， Shouguang Peoples Hospital in Shandong Province， Shouguang 262700， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaoyu Jiangzhuo decoction in the treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites（blood stasis syndrome） with abdominal distension and oliguria as the main manifestation， and to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine prescription for the treatment of ascites due to liver cirrhosis. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group， with 50 cases in each group. And the patients in two groups were respectively given self-destructive Xiaoyu Jiangzhuo decoction and comfort soup（brown sugar water） treatment on the basis of hepatoprotective and diuretic treatment for 4 weeks as a course. Results After 4 weeks of treatment， the symptoms of abdominal distension， oliguria and liver function examination in treatment group were significantly improved， which were all statistically significant different from those of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Xiaoyu Jiangzhuo decoction is the new Chinese medicine preparation for the liver cirrhosis ascites with abdominal distension and oliguria as the main manif
