瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗高血压伴阵发性心房颤动90例临床观察 　　【摘要】 目的：分析瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪用于高血压伴有阵发性心房颤动的效果。方法：选取2011年5月-2012年7月本院相关科室所收治的90例高血压伴有阵发性心房颤动患者，以瑞舒伐他汀+曲美他嗪实施联合治疗，并对半年后的治疗效果进行观察分析。结果：90例患者治疗半年后，显效43例，有效34例，无效13例，总有效率85.6%。治疗前后患者的心率与左心房内径的变化比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗前后患者的收缩压与舒张压变化比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗过程中，无不良反应情况出现。结论：以瑞舒伐他汀+曲美他嗪联合治疗高血压伴有阵发性心房颤动患者的疗效确切，不仅对心房的颤动具有良好的控制效果，还能起到降低血压的作用，且安全性很高，在临床治疗中值得大力推广并普及使用。 　　【关键词】 瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪； 阵发性； 心房颤动； 高血压 　　Clinical Observation of Rosuvastatin Combined Trimetazidine in Treatment of 90 Cases with Hypertension with Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation/DENG Hong-chun，ZHANG Yong-zhong.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（01）：073-074 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effect of the combination of Rosuvastatin and Trimetazidine in the treatment of hypertension with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Method：Ninety hypertension patients with paroxysmal fibrillation were selected in relevant departments from May 2011 to July 2012.All the patients received the combination therapy of Rosuvastatin and Trimetazidine.After half a year，the therapeutic effects were observed and analyzed.Result：After half-year treatment，among the 90 cases，43 cases were markedly effective，34 cases were effective and 13 cases were ineffective，with a total effective rate of 85.6%.The changes in the heart rate and left atrial diameter of patients before and after treatment showed no statistically significant difference（P0.05）.The changes in the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of patients before and after treatment showed statistically significant difference（P0.05）.No adverse reactions occurred in the process of treatment.Conclusion：The combination of Rosuvastatin and Trimetazidine has exact therapeutic effects in the treatment of hypertension with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.It has not only good control effect on atrial fibrillation，but also a function of lowering blood pressure.In addition，it has high safety，thus worthy of wide application in clinical treatment. 　　【Key words】 Rosuvasta
