瑞舒伐他汀联合通心络胶囊治疗高血压合并冠心病临床观察 　　【摘要】 目的：观察高血压合并冠心病患者采用瑞舒伐他汀联合通心络胶囊联合进行治疗的效果。方法：选择2013年5月30日-2015年5月30日笔者所在医院收治的240例高血压合并冠心病患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，两组均给予心血管常规治疗，在此基础上，对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗，观察组采用瑞舒伐他汀联合通心络胶囊治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组与对照组总有效率分别为91.66%、75.00%，观察组治疗效果优于对照组（P0.05）；观察组用药后TC、舒张压等指标优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：高血压合并冠心病患者采用通心络胶囊、瑞舒伐他汀联合治疗，可获得较为明显的效果，能有效改善患者的临床指标，对改善患者预后具有非常重要的意义。 　　【关键词】 高血压合并冠心病； 瑞舒伐他汀； 通心络胶囊 　　中图分类号 R541.4 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）11-0003-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effect of Rosuvastatin Calcium combined with Tongxinluo Capsule in the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease（CHD）.Method：From May 30，2013 to May 30，2015，240 cases of hypertension with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected as the research objects，they were randomly divided into two groups，the two groups were given cardiovascular routine therapy，on the basis of this，the control group was given Atorvastatin for clinical treatment and the observation group was given Rosuvastatin Calcium combined with Tongxinluo Capsule for clinical treatment，therapeutic effect in two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 91.66%，75.00% respectively，the observation group had a better therapeutic effect compared with the control group（P0.05）.The TC，diastolic blood pressure and other indicators in the observation group after administration were better than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Rosuvastatin Calcium combined with Tongxinluo Capsule in the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease（CHD） can obtain more obvious effect，can effectively improve the patients’ clinical indicators，has very important significance for improving the prognosis of patients. 　　【Key words】 Hypertension with coronary heart disease； Rosuvastatin Calcium； Tongxinluo Capsule 　　First-author’s address：The People’s Hospital of Chengdu Tianfu New Area，Chengdu 610213，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.11.002 　　冠心病主要
