混合痔吻合器内痔切除闭合术后患者疼痛护理评估和控制对策 　　[摘要] 目的 探究混合痔吻合器内痔切除术术后患者疼痛的护理评估及控制对策。 方法 选取2012年9月～2014年3月本院收治的50例行吻合器切除术治疗混合痔患者，按照入院治疗顺序将其分为观察组和对照组，每组25例。对照组术后给予常规护理，观察组实施针对性个性化护理。分析两组患者的疼痛心理因素、致痛因素、临床疗效及患者满意程度。 结果 观察组患者焦虑等引起疼痛因素少于对照组，受饮食等致痛因素干扰少于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，术后疼痛评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 对行吻合器内痔切除闭合术的混合痔患者实施针对性护理，可以适当减轻患者疼痛，加速患者恢复。 　　[关键词] 混合痔；吻合器内痔切除闭合术；术后疼痛；护理评估 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）08（b）-0185-04 　　Nursing evaluation and management strategies of postoperative pain after excision-closed hemorrhoidectomy by mixed hemorrhoid 　　CHEN Zhi-qiong 　　Anorectal Section，Wuyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangmen City in Guangdong Province，Jiangmen 529000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the nursing evaluation and management strategies of postoperative pain after excision-closed hemorrhoidectomy by mixed hemorrhoid. Methods 50 patients with hemorrhoidectomy by mixed hemorrhoid stapler admitted into our hospital from September 2012 to March 2014 were selected，and divided into observation group and the control group according to the hospitalization order，25 cases in each group.The control group was given regular nursing after the surgery，and the observation group was given individualized nursing.Pain psychological factors，factors causing pain，curative effects and nursing satisfaction was compared between two groups. Results Factors causing pain such as anxiety in the observation group was less than those in the control group，and interference by factors causing pain such as diet was fewer than that in the control group.The nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in the control group.The postoperative pain score in observation group was lower than that in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.
