熟三七复方治疗系统性红斑狼疮伴痛经临床观察 　　【摘 要】目的：观察熟三七复方治疗系统性红斑狼疮伴痛经的临床疗效。方法：将20例系统性红斑狼疮伴痛经患者随机分为熟三七复方组和三七复方组，每组10例。2组均给予甲??尼龙、羟氯喹、甲氨蝶呤以及相同的中药基本方治疗，熟三七复方组加用熟三七粉，三七复方组加用三七粉。2组均治疗 　　3个月经周期。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后痛经视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分。结果：熟三七复方组痊愈5例，显效4例，有效1例，愈显率为90.00%；三七复方组痊愈0例，显效3例，有效7例，愈显率为30.00%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。治疗后，2组痛经VAS评分较治疗前均有改善 　　（P 0.05），且熟三七复方组改善优于三七复方组（P 0.05）。结论：熟三七复方治疗系统性红斑狼疮伴痛经患者临床疗效显著，熟三七在治疗痛经方面是一味非常有效的中药，而且副作用小。 　　【关键词】 系统性红斑狼疮；子宫内膜异位症；痛经；熟三七；三七 　　Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Complicated with Dysmenorrhea Using Compound Formula with Processed Sanqi 　　LE Yu-Min 　　【ABSTRACT】Objective：To observe the clinical effect of modified compound formula with processed Sanqi in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）complicated with dysmenorrhea.Methods：Twenty cases 　　of SLE complicated with dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into a processed Sanqi groups and a Sanqi group，with 10 cases in each.Both groups were treated with methylprednisolone，hydroxychloroquine，methotrexate and basic TCM formula，based on which the processed Sanqi group was given processed Sanqi powder and the Sanqi group was given Sanqi powder.Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.Clinical efficacy and VAS scores of dysmenorrhea before and after treatment were observed.Results：In the processed Sanqi group，5 cases were cured，4 cases were markedly effective，1 case was effective，and the effective rate was 90.00%，while in the Sanqi group，no cases were cured，3 cases were markedly effective，7 cases were effective，and the effective rate was 30.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.After treatment，the VAS scores of dysmenorrhea in the two groups were improved（P 0.05），and the processed Sanqi group was better than the Sanqi group（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Compound formula with processed Sanqi is effective in the treatment of SLE with dysmenorrhea，among which processed Sanqi is a very effective Chinese medicine in the treatme
