生活方式干预在老年2型糖尿病患者治疗中意义分析 　　【摘要】目的 对老年2型糖尿病患者实施生活方式干预的应用效果进行分析与探究。方法 选取本院2017年4月～2017年10月期间接收的50例老年2型糖尿病患者，经过基础药物治疗后糖化血红蛋白为7.3%±0.3%为探究对象，将这些患者随机分为两组，分别是对照组与观察组。对照组患者应用原药物治疗方案，而观察组患者在原药物治疗基础上加以生活方式干预，3个月为一个周期，连续观察2个周期，对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察与比较。结果 观察组患者的血糖控制优良率为96.00%，对照组患者的血糖控制优良率为76.00%，两组数据之间存在明显的差异性，使其统计学意义成立（P0.05）；另外，观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标水平明显优于对照组，存在一定的差异性，有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对老年2型糖尿病患者实施药物治疗加以生活方式干预，有效控制患者的血糖水平，治疗成效十分明显，充分体现其价值意义，值得不断推广与采纳。 　　【关键词】生活方式干预；老年2型糖尿病；应用；意义 　　【中图分类号】R587.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】ISSN.2095-6681.2017.32..02 　　【Abstract】Objective To analyze and explore the application effect of lifestyle intervention in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Selection methods in our hospital in April 2017-October 2017 received during the period of 50 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes，glycosylated hemoglobin after basic drug treatment of 7.3% plus or minus 0.3% as the object， the patients were randomly divided into two groups，respectively is the control group and observation group.Control patients the original drug treatment used， and the observation group of patients on the basis of the original drug therapy to lifestyle intervention， 3 months for a cycle，two consecutive cycles，to observe the curative effect of two groups of patients and compared.Results The observation group of patients with blood sugar control was 96.00%， control group patients with blood sugar control was 76.00%，there is an obvious difference between two groups of data，make its established statistical significance （P 0.05）；In addition，the indexes of fasting blood glucose，2h blood sugar and hemoglobin hemoglobin in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group，and there was a certain difference，which was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion For elderly patients with type 2 diabetes drug therapy to lifestyle intervention， to effectively control the patients blood sugar level， treatment effect is very obvious， fully embodies the valu
