温针灸阴经阳经穴治疗中风后关节痉挛对比研究 　　摘 要：目的 研究温针灸阴经穴为主治疗中风后关节痉挛的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年8月～2017年10月在我院诊治的中风后关节痉挛患者120例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。对照组采用温针灸阳经穴治疗，观察组采用温针灸阴经穴治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效、关节痉挛评分和治疗满意度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的76.67%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组关节痉挛评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组治疗满意度为95.00%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 温针灸阴经穴为主治疗中风后关节痉挛疗效显著，可改善关节痉挛度，促进患者关节功能的恢复，值得临床应用。 　　关键词：温针灸；阴经穴；中风；关节痉挛 　　中图分类号：R255.2 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.08.049 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）08-0142-02 　　Comparative Study of Warming Acupuncture on Yin Meridians and Yang Meridians for Treatment of Post-stroke Joint Spasticity 　　CAO Li-ming 　　（Xing Junbiao Famous Medical Studio，Tianjin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital，Wuqing District，Tianjin 301700，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion on acupoints of Yin meridian in the treatment of joint spasm after apoplexy.Methods 120 patients with post-apoplectic joint spasm treated in our hospital from August 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into observation group（n=60）and control group（n=60）.The control group was treated with warming acupuncture and moxibustion yang meridian point，and the observation group with warm acupuncture and moxibustion yin meridian point.The clinical efficacy，joint spasm score and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%，which was higher than that of the control group 76.67%，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The score of joint spasm in the observation group was lower than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.00%，which was higher than that of the control group 80.00%，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of warm acupuncture moxibustion Yin meridian on the joint spasm after apoplexy is significant.It can improve the degree of join
