瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚对声带息肉摘除术患者麻醉效果和血流动力学分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚对身带息肉摘除术患者的麻醉效果和血流动力学的影响。方法 整群选取自2013年5月―2014年12月在该院行声带息肉摘除术的患者90例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各45例，观察组使用瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉，对照组采用芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉。比较两组患者的麻醉效果、不良反应及对血流动力学的变化情况。 结果 观察组丙泊酚用量、意识消失时间、苏醒时间、不良反应均少于对照组 （P0.05）；观察组插管前、拔管后DBP、SBP、HR均低于对照组，且观察组血流动力学波动较小。结论 瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚在身带息肉摘除术患者的麻醉中麻醉效果好，血流动力学波动小，不良反应少，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 瑞芬太尼；丙泊酚；声带息肉摘除术；血流动力学；麻醉效果 　　[中图分类号] R614 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（a）-0034-03 　　Analysis of the Anesthetic Effect and Hemodynamics in Patients Undergoing Vocal Cord Polyp Polypectomy under the Anesthesia of Remifentanil and Propofol 　　CAI Qiang 　　Department of Anesthesiology， Inner Mongolia University of Science Technology Baotou Medical College No. 1 Affiliated Hospital， Baotou， Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region， 014010 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect and hemodynamics in patients undergoing vocal cord polyp polypectomy under the anesthesia of remifentanil and propofol. Methods 90 cases underwent vocal cord polyp polypectomy in our hospital from May 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each. For the observation group， remifentanil was used with propofol for anesthesia and fentanyl with propofol was used for the control group. The anesthetic effect， untoward effect and change of hemodynamics of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group， the dosage of propofol， consciousness absent time， awakening time， untoward effect was less than that in the control group respectively（P0.05）. The DBP， SBP and HR was lower and the hemodynamic fluctuation was smaller in the observation group than that in the control group respectively. Conclusion For patients with vocal cord polyp polypectomy， remifentanil used with propofol has better anesthetic effect with smaller hemodynamic fluctuation and less adverse reactions， so it is worth promoting clinically. 　　[Key words] Remif
