游离皮瓣移植结合骨段滑移技术治疗胫骨骨髓炎骨缺损临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨游离皮瓣移植结合骨段滑移技术在胫骨骨髓炎骨缺损患者中的临床治疗效果。 方法 对我院收治的80例胫骨骨髓炎骨缺损患者分为两组，对照组采用骨段滑移技术治疗，实验组实施游离皮瓣移植结合骨段滑移技术治疗，比较两组临床治疗效果。 结果 实验组95%对治疗方案疗效显著，明显优于对照组（疗效有效率为85%）（P0.05）；实验组95%对方案疗效满意，显著高于对照组（满意率65%）（P0.05）；实验组ADL评分为（96.2±3.7）分，躯体功能评分为（89.6±7.5）分，心理功能评分为（95.8±9.2）分，社会功能评分为（97.2±6.5）分，显著高于对照组（P0.05）；实验组感觉评分为（2.58±0.53）分，情感评分为（1.32±0.12）分，评估评分为（0.45±0.16）分，其他评分为（0.82±0.22）分，显著低于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 游离皮瓣移植结合骨段滑移技术治疗胫骨骨髓炎骨缺损效果理想，能够提高临床治疗效果，改善患者生活质量，缓解患者疼痛，值得推广使用。 　　[关键词] 游离皮瓣移植；骨段滑移技术；胫骨骨髓炎骨缺损 　　[中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）15-0041-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the combination of free bone flap segment slip clinical treatment of tibial osteomyelitis in patients with bone defect. Methods A total of 80 cases of osteomyelitis in patients with tibial bone defects in our hospital data were analyzed according to the different treatment options to patients were divided into two groups， the control group was given the treatment of bone segments slip， the experimental group was given implement the free flap combined with bone segment slip technology treatment， clinical outcomes were compared. Results 95% of the experimental group therapy showed a significant effect， significantly better than that in the control group（efficacy rate 85%）（P0.05）； 95% of the experimental group showed satisfaction with program efficacy， significantly higher than that in the control group（satisfaction rate 65%）（P0.05）； ADL scores in the experimental group（96.2±3.7） points， physical function score was（89.6±7.5） points， psychological function score（95.8±9.2） points， social function score （97.2±6.5） points， significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）； sensory scores in the experimental group （2.58±0.53） points， emotional score（1.32±0.12） points to assess rated （0.45±0.16） points， the other score for （0.82±0.22）， significantly more than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The combination of free flaps in the treatment of bone segments i
