特殊护理联合康复性指导在股骨粗隆间骨折患者中应用分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨特殊护理联合康复性指导在股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2014年3月～2016年9月骨外科收治的150例股骨粗隆间骨折患者临床资料，依据护理方式不同分为观察组（n=80）和对照组（n=70）。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予特殊护理联合康复性指导，比较两组患者术后的Harris髋关节评分、疼痛程度及手术前后生活质量。结果 观察组患者术后的Harris髋关节评分优良率高于对照组，术后疼痛程度低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；手术后两组患者的各指标评分均有所提高，与手术前比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组各指标评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 特殊护理联合康复性指导在股骨粗隆间骨折患者中应用，可以提高患者髋关节功能，降低术后疼痛，提高生存质量，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词]特殊护理；康复性指导；股骨粗隆间骨折；疼痛；生存质量 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）05（a）-0189-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application of special care combined with rehabilitative guidance in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 150 patients′clinical data of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in Department of Orthopaedics in our hospital from March 2014 to September 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group （n=80） and the control group （n=70） by different nursing method.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing，while patients in the observation group were given special care combined with rehabilitative guidance.The score of Harris，the degree of pain after operation and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results The excellent rate of the score of Harris in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，the degree of pain was lower than that in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）；after operation，the scores of those indexes in two groups were all increased，and compared with those before operation，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.And those in observation group were higher than those in control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion The application of femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients by special care compare with rehabilitative guidance，which could improve hip joint function of patients，decrease pain after operation，increase life quality，it is worthy of clinical applicati
